Petrol Engine

 Today I am going to tell you guys about petrol engine it is a internal combustion engine and the combustion take place by igniting petrol by spark plug. One interesting this I would like to add here that petrol is a hydrocarbon and have eight carbons and 18 hydrogen. It has low density and low volatile hydrocarbon. Petrol engine of a car is light weight as compared to diesel engine due to low compression ratio of petrol as due to low volatility petrol get burn by giving ignition by shark plug. In ideal condition a 14.5:1 air to fuel ratio required for getting an optimal output from a petrol engine. Petrol engine has more rpm for a same distance than a diesel engine so that is why it wear tear fast and lead a low life in comparison of diesel engine of same capacity.  1. NX CAE is a module delveloped by Seimens that is used to carry out engineering numerical analysis of a body. 2. FEM a physical body have infinite number of elements that leads to infinite degree of freedom.therefore it become essential to get an approximate finite number of element to get conversable materices. 3. there are four steps to perform a CAE on a body 4. prepration of model : generate 3D/2d/1D model of a body being carried out cae 5.idealization of model : removal of features of body that may be led to solver conversion issue or precision of result. 6.FEM : genetration of mesh and assigning material property. 7. solution : applying boundary and load conditions and the type of numerical method you are interested to perform the analysis. 8.Result: collection and interpretation of results. Motion Simulation in NX

  Create Motion Simulation in NX 12 3D software How to get NX Motion Simulation Select application from Menu Bar :  Motion icon appeared, as indicated in pic. Click on highlighted icon, it is gateway of  Motion Simulation. it will take to Home, which exist in Menu bar. click on   New Simulation, as highlighted we will get Simcenter Motion Templates , where it will ask for file name and folder location to save .                                                                 After clicking ok to save file. we will get Simulation Environment dialog box, we will set analysis type.
